Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

For those of you who like cinnamon, I have the perfect recipe that combines cinnamon in butterscotch cookies. Not only do they taste great, you can also feel the slightly different texture of the cookies. Ingredients that you have to prepare are

2 cups of rolled oats
3 eggs
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of softened butter
1 cup of butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

As usual combine the butterscotch cookies ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix them evenly. Then, shape the dough into small balls and put them on a clean cookie sheet. Try to flatten them with a fork and preheat your oven to 350F degree. Bake them for 10 minutes and you are ready to roll. I hope you enjoy this slightly unique but tasty butterscotch cookies.
