Before we start baking our first butterscotch cookies, it would be best for you to prepare all these ingredients first.
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butterscotch morsels
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all the butterscotch cookies ingredients into a small bowl and shape the dough into small balls. Then place them on a cookie sheet and start flattening each one of them.
Preheat your oven to 350F degree. Afterward, bake your butterscotch cookies dough in the oven for 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool off, then store them in an airtight container.
