Shredded Coconut Butterscotch Cookies

Next, I am going to show you a slightly weird but refreshing combination of dried coconut and butterscotch cookies. Trust me, even though it doesn't sound appealing, the taste is really great and once you try it, you will definitely ask for more. The ingredients for this coconut butterscotch cookies are

1 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 cups of shredded dried coconut
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butterscotch chips
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of softened butter
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs

Mix all the butterscotch cookies ingredients as usual and star preheating your oven at 350F degrees. Start baking your cookies for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown in color. Once they are cooled off, try them and tell me if it isn't refreshing.

Yummy White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

For those of you chocolate lovers out there, I hope you will enjoy my next butterscotch cookies recipe that mix some white chocolates into your favorite butterscotch cookies. The main ingredients are

2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of softened butter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of brown sugar
1 table spoon of molasses
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of butterscotch chips
3/4 cup of white chocolate bits

Place the flour, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl and stir. Separately, mix the butter and the brown sugar. Add molasses, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix them evenly. Then slowly add the mixture of flour and stir them well. Last, add the chopped pecans, butterscotch chips and white chocolate bits into the mixture. Make the dough into small balls and flatten them. Next, put them on a clean cookie sheet and bake at 300F degree for 18-20 minutes.

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

For those of you who like cinnamon, I have the perfect recipe that combines cinnamon in butterscotch cookies. Not only do they taste great, you can also feel the slightly different texture of the cookies. Ingredients that you have to prepare are

2 cups of rolled oats
3 eggs
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of softened butter
1 cup of butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

As usual combine the butterscotch cookies ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix them evenly. Then, shape the dough into small balls and put them on a clean cookie sheet. Try to flatten them with a fork and preheat your oven to 350F degree. Bake them for 10 minutes and you are ready to roll. I hope you enjoy this slightly unique but tasty butterscotch cookies.

Crispy Butterscotch Cookies

Next, we are gonna make another tasty variant of butterscotch cookies, called crispy butterscotch cookies. For this, we need ingredients as listed below.

2 cups of rice krispies
1/2 cup of butterscotch chips
1 egg
1 cup of softened butter
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Combine all the above ingredients, except for the rice krispies and butterscotch chips into a mixing bowl. After they are finely mixed, add in those last two ingredients and stir some more until the dough is mixed nicely.

Form the dough into round shapes and place them on a cookie sheet. Start flattening all of them and preheat your oven to 350F degree. Bake the butterscotch cookies in the oven for 10 minutes and you will have a nice snack to serve to your loved ones.

Delicious Peanut Butterscotch Cookies

Before we start baking our first butterscotch cookies, it would be best for you to prepare all these ingredients first.

3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butterscotch morsels
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
